What are credits?
Credits are Learnzo's usage currency for AI generation. Generating a flashcard or quiz question costs 1 credit; generating a full set of notes costs a small batch. Your monthly credits refresh automatically, and you can top up with one-time packs at any time.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 100 credits a month, up to 2 document uploads a day, flashcards, quizzes, notes, and the AI Tutor on the basic model. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it stops — no cancellation fees and no lock-in. Cancellations are not prorated.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final and Learnzo does not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing cycle — we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for any unused time within that period.
