Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Learnzo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Learnzo offers free and paid subscription plans. Credits are consumed when using AI features. Subscription credits reset monthly. Purchased top-up credits never expire. Payments are processed securely by Polar.sh. All payments are final and Learnzo does not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and is not prorated.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload. You warrant that you have the right to upload and process your content. You may not upload copyrighted material without permission. You may not use Learnzo for academic dishonesty or cheating.

5. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer

Learnzo uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content. Learnzo makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated materials.

6. Copyright & DMCA

Learnzo respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact our designated agent with a takedown notice. We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices.

7. Privacy & Data Processing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance. School customers may request a School Addendum for FERPA/COPPA compliance.

8. Service Level

Learnzo provides the service "as is" without warranty for free plans. Enterprise plans may include Service Level Agreements (SLA) as specified in your contract.

9. Termination

Learnzo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learnzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Learnzo or any AI-generated content provided through the service.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying AI-generated content before relying on or using it, particularly for educational, professional, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learnzo's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Learnzo for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
