By accessing and using Learnzo ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. Additionally, when using Learnzo's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Services

Learnzo provides an AI-powered learning platform that enables users to:

  • Create and organize notes and study materials
  • Generate flashcards and quizzes using AI technology
  • Practice and review learning content
  • Track learning progress and analytics
  • Access personalized learning recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members (for team plans)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our Services.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse our free tier limits
  • Use our AI features to generate content that violates our content policies
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content

Learnzo uses AI to generate quizzes, flashcards, and learning recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before using it
  • We strive to improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
  • You retain ownership of content you submit for AI processing

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Learnzo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

Your Content:You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to our platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our Services to you.

8. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learnzo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe:

  • You have violated these Terms
  • Your use of our Services poses a security risk
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • Legal requirements require termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature. Upon termination, your right to use our Services immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Learnzo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
